Mission: "To support child development and enhance the parent-child relationship by coming alongside caregivers to build community connections, strengthen resilience, and empower families to thrive."

Parent Wonders is a free-of-charge and voluntary program provided to families in Champaign County year-round. Our Family Support Specialists (FSS) complete bi-monthly home visits to provide support to families with children, prenatal to three years old. Staff help foster connection and relationship building through parent-child interactions and activities to support child development. Parent Wonders can support families whose preferred language is not English through the use of interpretation services provided by LanguageLine Solutions. In addition to home visits, we also provide connections to community resources, free monthly play groups, diapers, and other childcare items per program availability.
