The Art Without Limits group learned about Frida Kahlo and nichos. Nichos are a form of colorful Mexican Folk Art. They are small tin frame or wood shadow boxes/dioramas depicting "calacas" or skeletons in living situations. They can also depict a famous person or memorable scene. They are mini shrines for Day of the Dead. Great job, everyone!
