Meet Michael!
Michael Greene and Lori Wachtel represented DSC at The Champaign Schools Young Adult Program Open House in May. Several adult services agencies and providers also attended.
Michael enjoyed seeing people he knew as a Champaign High School Alumni. He also knew current students through his job at CUSR (Champaign County Special Recreation), where he has worked since 2018. Michael began his career at CUSR, as a Volunteer Staff member with the CUSR (Champaign-Urbana Special Recreation) After School Program in July 2018, and soon after joined their team as a paid employee. Michael has participated in many DSC services over the years and shared information about his experience. He enjoys advocating for himself and others in our community.
